HOW IT STARTED. . .
Founder and President, Meghan Reckling, had 19 years of experience training candidates and county parties how to win elections. Following the 2022 election cycle, Meghan recognized the importance of ensuring conservative candidates, campaign staff, and organizations have the training needed to win elections.
Many aspiring candidates lacked the knowledge and resources required to navigate the complexities of running for elected office.
In early 2023, Meghan founded the Michigan Republican Training Academy, driven by the need for continued training and learning opportunities for conservatives in Michigan.
Our Board of Directors comprises highly skilled and experienced individuals, each contributing their unique strengths in areas such as campaign strategy, public relations, campaign management, compliance, and more.
